My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@trendjackson.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and issue

  • A short description of the problem

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Orders are sent to production immediately. Once confirmed, they cannot be changed or canceled.
